For the company's development need, “JINAN G.WEIKE SCIENCE & TECH CO.,LTD” was changed and registered as “Gweike Tech Co., Ltd.” from January 12th, 2019. At that time, all the business of the original company “JINAN G.WEIKE SCIENCE & TECH CO.,LTD.” will continue to be operated by “Gweike Tech Co., Ltd.”., and all the creditor's debts of the original company. Inherited by “Gweike Tech Co.,Ltd.”, the contract signed by the original company continues to be valid.

All the company's internal and external documents,materials, invoices, accounts, tax numbers, etc. all use the new company name from January 12h, 2019
